A pleasure to join friends and colleagues at the Institute of Hospitality: London AGM last night, an evening that provided a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the triumphs and acknowledge the hurdles our #HospitalityFamily is facing during these trying times. It's very easy to feel that we, as an industry, are not being listened to right now, and I share our frustrations, but events like these show just how valuable the power of both connection and collaboration are, and the positivity that comes from opportunities for us to come together, share our challenges and look for solutions. We would like to thank all our members and guests that joined us at last night's AGM and networking event at Harvey Nicols. Those in attendance had the chance to sample the delicious Petrossian UK Caviar and canapes from the restaurants on the 5th Floor and had the opportunity to dine in the restaurants afterwards.
