𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 ? In my own experience and with my clients, I know it when I see one of two signs: ✷ 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, a drain of energy: it’s that “icky” feeling, that you’re off course. It drains my energy, even if I work hard to rationalise, trying to tell myself that it’s ok. ✷ 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, I will lack energy in pursuing the goal or action, as well as clarity in communicating them 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 - i.e. in alignment with our values - 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲. I have seen it so many times, in small and big questions. Like when I insisted on a longer time frame for a project I was leading, not to cut us some slack but to secure a great outcome and the department’s reputation, which would both have been 100% unrealistic with the original rushed timeframe. My communication was calm, clear, and effective, even though I faced resistance. And while the project remained challenging, leading it in integrity with my values made all the difference, giving me deep pockets of energy to dig into during the months it was running. In 𝑾𝒉𝒐’𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆, you can dive deeper into the power of alignment - both its inner and its outer dimension. You will understand how to leverage this power, and learn how to put this understanding into action. 𝑾𝒉𝒐’𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆 ? 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒏 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒂 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 .
