Today's digital landscape is rapidly evolving. Organizations are facing unprecedented challenges in securing their networks. With the surge in hybrid work models, cloud adoption, and increasingly sophisticated cyber threats, traditional cybersecurity solutions often fall short. Consider deploying Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). It's a game-changer. Here’s why your organization should consider incorporating SASE into its cybersecurity framework: 🔒 1. Unified Security Approach SASE consolidates network and security functions into a single, cloud-native platform. Say goodbye to managing multiple disjointed tools and hello to streamlined operations with centralized visibility and control. 🌍 2. Seamless Access for a Distributed Workforce Whether employees work from the office, home, or a café halfway across the globe, SASE ensures secure, reliable, and low-latency access to company resources—without compromising user experience. 📈 3. Scalability for Future Growth As your organization grows, SASE scales with you. Its cloud-based nature eliminates the need for constant hardware upgrades, making it a cost-effective and flexible solution. 🛡️ 4. Enhanced Threat Protection With features like Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and threat intelligence, SASE provides robust, proactive protection against advanced cyberattacks. ⚡ 5. Simplified IT Management By unifying security and networking in one platform, your IT teams spend less time managing infrastructure and more time driving strategic initiatives. Implementing SASE is not just about adopting new technology. It’s about future-proofing your organization in a digital-first world. Organizations that prioritize SASE today are better positioned to thrive in the face of tomorrow’s cybersecurity challenges. 🔗 Want to learn more about SASE and how it can benefit your business? How long have you been with Intelys? A. For 3 years already - time flies! Q. How did you get started in the tech industry? A. I was in the collaboration industry for 8 years, through a referral I was able to join this amazing team and optimize my growth. Q. What’s the one thing you know now that you wish you knew back when you started working? A. I don’t always need to be in control, there are people that catch you and help, you just need to ask 😊 Q. What’s one thing in your daily routine you never ever skip? A. The cup of coffee my husband brings me every morning. ☕ Q. During your work, what’s the 1 thing you spend the most time doing? A. Planning and zoning. I write down my action Items, then cross each thing off once completed. Q. What is something very few people know about you? A. That if given the choice I would rather have chill weekend with my family then going out , as much as I'm extroverted I'm introverted as well. Q. Are you an early bird or a night owl? A. Night owl. Q. What about your job do you love the most? A. Completing my tasks and marking them off my list. ✅ Q. What about your job do you dislike the most? A. When I don’t get to everything. ❌ Q. Which colleague could you not imagine working without? A. Claudia and Brittany – our work tends to overlap and its always a pleasure to deal with them! I'm also grateful to to call them my friends (who doesn’t want to work with your friends?) 😉 Q. Do you prefer podcasts or videos? A. Videos Q. What are your top 3 hobbies outside of work? A. Watching K Dramas, painting, & beauty (nails & makeup) Q. Any good books you’ve read lately? A. As the majority of the IT, telecoms and cybersecurity industry gears up for the annual #AfricaTechFestival, we're planning our pilgrimage there too. When you're there, get in touch with the #Intelys team: Guy Grové, Tarryn Maarschalk and Alistair Scott. They're very excited to tell you about our secure network aggregation point (SNAP) solution and how we're interconnecting datacenters. #SNAP is a multi-tenanted secure network edge that operates on an "As-a-service" model. This simplifies secure access to carrier-neutral data centres, eliminating the need for a physical presence at the cloud edge. SNAP facilitates easy network access to NAP, Africa Cloud Exchange (ACX), and the Equinix Partner Ecosystem. It also enables direct third-party access for clients through dedicated cross-connects. Most importantly, SNAP is backed and supported by our skilled team of engineers, offering support 24 hours a day. Will we be seeing you in Cape Town next week? #WeAreIntelys

It would be absurd to buy a spare car and keep it in your garage in case you crash your daily driver, right? It makes more sense to buy insurance. Similarly, why would you buy a cybersecurity incident response solution before you need it? Do this instead ↓ Rather opt for an Incident Response Jump Start from #Intelys and #ArcticWolf. - We work with you to create a specific incident response plan in advance. - We wait in the wings, perfectly prepared, in case you need us. - For a low, nominal monthly cost. ❌ No buying response hours in advance. ❌ No stressing out if something happens and scrambling to react. ✅ Affordable peace of mind. ✅ Only pay for what you need, when you need it. Ping Dustin, Guy, Tarryn or Alistair if you'd like to know more. #WeAreIntelys #IncidentResponse #CyberSecurity

Effective cybersecurity requires investing in solutions, not just products. At #Intelys we consult with you, our customers, to make sure you get what you need and aren't buying something you don't. A couple of our experts have weighed in: “Security isn't something you buy, it's something you do, and it takes talented people to do it right.” says Dillon Emslie. Tarryn Maarschalk reckons that "the problem with cybersecurity is that you don't know what you don’t know. Having a team of experts to work alongside you is a game changer." See us as expert advisors and consultants. Not salespeople. Has someone ever tried to bully you into buying something you didn't need? #WeAreIntelys #cybersecurity

Securing a growing hybrid workforce is becoming more and more challenging for IT security teams. New network edges have created vulnerabilities that cybercriminals can readily exploit. This requires us to answer two questions: 1. How can security policies be consistently applied and enforced? 2. How can an optimal work experience be provided for all users? We believe the answer to these questions is to implement secure access service edge (SASE). It simplifies these challenges by providing IT teams with an effective way to safeguard the hybrid workforce. Our partners #Fortinet have a single-vendor SASE solution which integrates secure SD-WAN with cloud-delivered SSE, known as FortiSASE. This unified approach offers the convenience of a single operating system, agent, and management platform. Some of the most common use cases are: ✅ Secure internet access ✅ Secure private access ✅ Secure SaaS access ✅ Secure access from thin edge locations ✅ Secure SD-WAN for branch and campus locations We've found that some of the top advantages of working with the Fortinet solution are reduced complexity & full visibility, superior user experience, agentless connectivity and thin edge security. We have in-house experts that would love to talk about these things with you. Are you open to chat? #cybersecurityawareness #sase #sdwan #weareintelys #intelys

5 ways that AI in networking lets you gain new efficiencies and insights. Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) changes the IT game. 1. AI networking solutions tackle bottlenecks. If you're always relying on your most senior staff to do it all, your to-do list will never end. 2. AI networking solutions resolve anomalies before they're found. The best solutions learn quickly so that changes to your network are immediately noticed. Issues can then be resolved quickly, instead of taking hours or days. 3. AI solutions should simplify networking. Actionable insights eliminate troubleshooting guesswork and lengthy forensics tasks—keeping IT staff from walking away in frustration. 4. Choose a full-stack plus #ZeroTrust AIOps approach. To maximize efficiency and security, the best solutions use AIOps and AI networking methods across the entire network, and include security insights. 5. Optimization plus troubleshooting guidance. Unless you fine-tune your network at implementation, you get busy and network optimization never happens. Ask our engineers, and they'll tell you to take the hard work out of networking with HPE Aruba Networking Central. In today’s working world, security features and AI-powered insights should never be an afterthought when it comes to managing your network. How badly would you like to get some of your time back for the fun stuff, instead of putting out fires? #HPEArubaCentral #ArubaNetworks #Intelys #WeAreIntelys
