We did it, we wrote a book this morning🥳 It was great to welcome so many L&D leads this morning to take part in our book hack. Together, we spend the morning sharing perspectives, experiences and stories. We then turned these experiences into articles that make up our new book titled “What Can Learning Do”. Thank you to all who made it happen, now it’s on to our studio to turn our amazing articles into a book. We spent last Monday with over 100 inspiring people from The Roundhouse Trust helping run their away day. The day aimed to connect individuals to and celebrate the amazing work The Roundhouse do across the organisation through the lens of storytelling. Here’s what the day looked like… 🎨 We welcomed resident artists and poets, young creatives and programme partners as guest speakers to capture the essence of the Roundhouse's core purpose. 📖 Introduced engaging storytelling techniques through an interactive workshop 🎾 Coordinated a lively activity with participants throwing 120 tennis balls around the room (which resulted in a lot of fun). 🎬The day finished with teams producing and filming their own creative Roundhouse stories, making for an unforgettable experience. We love working with such inspiring and creative organisations like the Roundhouse Trust✨ #learninganddevelopment #awayday #storytelling
