Happy Friday! And it is a happy Friday indeed, as we are honoured to have won a Bronze Award in the 3D category at the Creativepool Annual Awards 2024 for our creative collaboration with &Barr, Watchdog! 🥉🐶💙 Thank you to the Creativepool judges, and a massive congratulations to all of last night's winners! 🍾🏆

Whilst Senior Animator, Anna Skinner, is in Aberdeen for her Scottish Illustration Festival talk, she's taking some time to drop into her alma mater NESCOL, where she started her animation journey as a student back in 2016, to do a Q&A session for the current students who might also be interested in a career in animation one day. It doesn't feel like so long ago that we were all at the start of our careers, and it's always a pleasure to share knowledge in any way we can with the current crop of students. 🎓✨

Tomorrow at 14:00, our Senior Animator, Anna Skinner, will be giving a talk on 'A Career in Animation' at the Scottish Illustration Festival in Cinema Room 30! 📽 If you'll be attending Anna's talk, or any of the other fantastic talks in the line-up, be sure to say hi! 👋

More Interference Pattern news from the Scottish Illustration Festival: as well as a talk by senior animator Anna Skinner, there will also be a screening of our short film Burry Man! 🍃 If you'll be in Huntly next week, be sure to check it out at 16:00 on Tuesday 3 September along with the other films on show at the Simon P Biggs short films screenings in the cinema at No 30.

We don't just lovingly craft final frames of animation here at the studio. We also collaborate closely with many wonderful partners, providing the skills and resource to help them out with different parts of their project's pipelines. From 3D assets, layout, animation, look dev to lighting.
