The present study showed that migraine patients had an increased presence of dry eye disease compared to controls. The prevalence of primary headache among students aged 8–12 years in Sub-Saharan Africa was high: in the preceding year, 85.7% of children reported headache, and 66.8% reported headaches within the previous 4 weeks with migraine the most common type (26.1%), followed by tension type headache (15.1%) and other headaches in 44.6% of cases. https://lnkd.in/djXdAa6p #migraine #headache #brain #pain #neurology #neuroscience
