We are delighted to publish our 2024 Annual Review, accessible here: https://lnkd.in/e3S-W9YY Over the course of FY24, we accelerated the expansion of our global advisory capability, broadened our reach into new overseas markets, and maintained our position as a leading restructuring firm. During this period, we achieved revenues of £163.6m, up from £142.6m in the previous year, with adjusted EBITDA of £46.3m, up 11% on the previous period. Operating profit stood at £26.9m, up £20.2m (301%) on FY23. Today we are also delighted to announce the appointment of Tamara Box as Group Chair of Interpath. Tamara is an experienced non-executive director and was formerly Managing Partner for EME at global law firm Reed Smith. We are delighted to announce the appointment of David Sawyer as a Special Advisor to Interpath. David will work as part of Interpath’s Advisory Committee and alongside the firm’s Head of Corporate Development Leanne Etherington, to identify opportunities for expansion into the United States, including possible targets for acquisition. David was recently the leader of Teneo’s US Financial Advisory business, before which he was the Head of Special Situations at Golub Capital, a $40BN direct lender and credit asset manager. He is also the former Co-Head of Turnaround and Restructuring at Ankura Consulting. #interpathamerica

As Premier League finances come into focus it is critical that clubs address both revenues and costs to ensure compliance and financial sustainability. We've published our Premier League report, which includes our Interpath Football Finance Ranking, after reviewing the accounts of the 20 clubs in the Premier League this season. We provide a financial analysis that brings together several key metrics for football clubs and offer an overview of the regulatory pressures in the industry. The intention of this report is to look at the Premier League clubs through a slightly different lens that focuses more on off the pitch performance. The analysis reveals the significant current reliance on player sales and broadcast rights, and provides insight into how clubs are faring in managing operational costs.
