🎉We are delighted to share that we have yet again achieved Gold Accreditation in the Investors in People's assessment for 2024! 28% of the 59,000+ UK organisations assessed attained this standard. It reflects our continual investment in our people and their wellbeing in the workplace. Feedback from the process shows how our Platfform family, colleagues and friends feel connected, trusted and immersed in our trauma-informed journey. We’re seeing it come across in both the positive changes our teams tell us they’re feeling, and in our everyday work with people we support. A huge thank you to all our Platfform colleagues, and everyone alongside us - for the work, the joy, and the guidance along the way. #InvestorsInPeople #InvestorsInPeopleGold #MakeWorkBetter

We are very proud to announce that our Lead Provider Southdown has retained the Investors in People (IIP) Gold standard after a recent assessment of their role as an employer. IIP accreditations are a global benchmark in people management, with only around 17% of accredited organisations achieving the gold standard - so this recognition is a significant achievement. Chief Executive, Neil Blanchard shared some key highlights from the assessment: ''There is a deep sense of pride and enthusiasm among our employees in making a difference for clients and tenants, with a genuine commitment to delivering quality support. A strong culture of teamwork and peer-to-peer support is evident across the organisation. Managers are generally respected, accessible, and valued for their openness and honesty, while senior leaders were described as transparent and approachable. Our focus on continuous organisational development was acknowledged, with initiatives like our values, the Southdown Beacon, and our new Service Delivery Model being recognised as positive steps.'' Congratulations Southdown! #notforprofit #brightonandhove #eastsussex

We did it again!! Investors in People - PLATINUM!! 🎊 We're proud to say that we have achieved the Platinum level of accreditation for the second time. Thank you each and every one of you! See what our staff had to say: 🤩 “There's a strong team collective around decision making. When we're thinking about what to do next, my voice is heard, and we come up with solutions together” 🤩 “The support has always been there. I've had support from my line manager, he's been fantastic. You always have access to the senior people too” 🤩 “The values are just part of what we do. Relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients is all about being non-adversarial and it makes projects go much smoother” 🤩 “We have a great reputation with clients, and we get lots of repeat business. Few people leave which also shows how the company is getting it right” #buildingsbuiltonteamwork #doingitdifferently #doingitbetter #doingittogether #buildandbeyond #teambaxall

We have some amazing news to share! We have once again achieved We invest in people silver accreditation by Investors in People! With just 2 marks shy of achieving gold accreditation, this is a great achievement for all of us. Only 22% of organisations achieve silver and at the crux of it, it means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means all of us are making active efforts to make sure we’re consistent and that everyone in the organisation feels the effects! Our We invest in people assessment was a great opportunity for us to hear from our team and we’ve learnt a lot from what they told us as there is always something to learn and we’re using this feedback to keep making changes, keep improving and keep moving forward. Thank you and congratulations to our entire team who have contributed to make work better. Now let’s celebrate! #employees #employeewellbeing #leadership
