Involution was founded in 1999 by Michael Ainsworth and was later joined by co-owner Tim Rahill in 2013. Together, their vision is to innovate and elevate the merchandise and uniform industry. We now employ over 40 members of staff, with an integrated in-house production and distribution facility covering print, sublimation, and embroidery. With operations from Leeds and Poland, we're a proud brand partner for businesses across the globe providing a one-stop shop for their uniform and marketing solutions.
