  • Job Title: Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our International Student Affairs (ISA) department. This role is essential in helping international students navigate their academic journeys, from admissions to visa processes and beyond. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working in a multicultural environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that students receive timely assistance and that all administrative processes run smoothly. Job Requirements: • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in administrative support, communication, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with international students, academic institutions, and relevant stakeholders. •Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Familiarity with online platforms for virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, etc.). •Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple requests, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously. •Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, with sensitivity to varying communication styles and needs. •Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve student queries and issues efficiently while staying calm under pressure. • Language Proficiency (optional): Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. Job Responsibilities: • Student Support and Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for international students, addressing their inquiries and providing guidance on study programs, application processes, and visa requirements. •Document Management: Assist in collecting, organizing, and reviewing documents for visa applications, admissions, and academic records, ensuring compliance with requirements. •Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling of appointments, orientations, and virtual meetings between students, academic advisors, and relevant departments. •Information Dissemination: Provide timely updates to students regarding deadlines, program changes, and important announcements, ensuring clear and consistent communication. •Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student information, applications, and communication logs, generating reports as needed for program tracking and analysis.
