One of the biggest challenges in healthcare right now is how to meet the rising demand for care without letting costs spiral. I’ve shared some thoughts on how moving beyond one-off virtual appointments to fully integrated digital pathways can make a real difference to the NHS and other healthcare providers, and how we’re supporting this shift at Isla.
