Good morning Monument ☀️ Thanks to all of our new neighbours who came to take a bao this week. Our eat beautiful doors opened on Tuesday with the first 100 bao’buns on the house… wow bao they were gone in just over 600 seconds. City goers might recognise manager Roberta as part of the dream team who opened itsu Bishopsgate last year. Having spent 9 [very busy] months leading the Bishopsgate kitchen Roberta has taken her next career leap, leading the team at the brand new itsu Monument.
