At ITV, we believe that authentic, diverse storytelling has the power to shape culture for good. That’s why we’ve invested in programmes that champion diversity—both on-screen and behind the scenes. ✅ Romesh Ranganathan’s Parents’ Evening – A hit primetime show by Romesh Ranganathan, made possible through our Diversity Development Fund, which successfully brought unique Audiences of Colour to ITV. ✅ Ellie Simmonds: Finding My Secret Family – A deeply personal journey that led to a BAFTA win and sparked conversations, paving the way for Ellie’s return with another important documentary planned for 2025. ✅ Love Island’s Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan were the first Black couple to win – A moment of representation that reflects ITV’s commitment to inclusive casting and storytelling across all genres. We’re proud to champion diverse talent and create opportunities that make TV truly reflective of the audiences we serve. And we’re not stopping here—our Diversity Commissioning Spend is set to invest another £80 million over 2025-27. Find out more about how we’re making an impact 👉https://lnkd.in/eg2_6tKw
