🚀 Exciting New Additions to the Iventis Engineering Team!    We’re thrilled to welcome three talented junior engineers to our Iventis family! We’re excited to see the unique skills and perspectives they’ll bring to our products, and we take our responsibility for their early career development very seriously.  Jodi Swift joins us after starting her career as a web developer at Clear Links Support, bringing a strong foundation from her software engineering degree at the University of Sheffield. We were impressed by her professionalism and how well she aligns with our core values. Plus, she’s cycled across Europe — talk about determination! Adam Tilley comes from Nottingham Trent University and FlexiScale, where he honed his skills in API and back-end technologies, an area that requires a high level of skill and care. We see great potential in Adam becoming an expert in this area, especially with the mentorship of our back-end lead engineer and his new peers. Josh Kellerman is a double graduate from Nottingham Trent University, switching fields to software engineering with impressive dedication. His recent experience as a web developer at Open Study College and his standout performance in our interview process showed us he’s ready to make an immediate impact. 🚀 Exciting Internship Update at Iventis! Each year, we invite university students to join us for a summer internship, focusing on projects where they can make a real impact on our organisation. This summer, we welcomed Tobi Laskowski, a Computer Science student from Cambridge University! Tobi impressed us with his dedication both academically and in his personal projects, and we knew he’d be a great fit. This summer, he worked on migrating our continuous integration pipelines into Github Actions—an area where he already has valuable experience. This internship is a two-way street: we gain a hardworking and enthusiastic contributor who helps reduce development costs and enhances our use of A.I., while Tobi gains hands-on commercial experience, mentorship, and insight into the development process within a business context.
