We can provide advice on AML policy and procedure, data protection, training around these as well as carry out file reviews and procedure checks. We are the retained adviser to the ASTL and are members of the APCC. Ray Cohen is on the Bridging Committee of the NACFB, is a past director of the APCC and ex chair of both their mortgage and CCA working groups and was a founding director of the AOBP (now FIBA).
