    Slack's recent Workforce Index report has revealed that, while using AI tools at work is associated with a host of positive outcomes, from improved productivity to higher employee satisfaction, there is a striking disconnect in AI adoption amongst workers. While 96% of executives are keen to implement AI, two-thirds of employees haven't even tried it. Here are some of the key findings: ➡ AI users report 81% higher productivity and 22% greater job satisfaction ➡ Only 7% of workers fully trust AI for work tasks ➡ A concerning AI gender gap is emerging, particularly among Gen Z What's holding the workforce back? Privacy concerns, data mistrust, and lack of clear guidelines top the list.     Totaljobs have released their comprehensive UK Salary and Benefit Guides 2024 reports, revealing some fascinating insights into the current UK Technology industry.
