After some very careful consideration, we have decided to rebrand. I am proud to present to you, Five Pillars Recruitment. We felt we wanted a brand that represented our five core values: Honesty Integrity Transparency Efficiency Unification All five core values are the very reason my career within recruitment brought me success and long-standing invaluable relationships with both my candidates and clients and as the brand develops, I'd like these core values to be the foundation of the business. When I started this business, its no secret that I was not in the best place (I was actually sat on a hospital bed, crying my eyes out as I'd lost a transplant and was fighting for my life). I was so worried that I'd have to battle not only with my health but financially too, for the first time in my adult life. But with the powers that be, I managed to set up the business and have a relatively successful first year. As I've slowly started to get stronger and now have the motivation and strength to actually devote more time into my business, I wanted a fresh start and what better way to do that than to rebrand the business and start again. The number five also has a very strong personal spiritual meaning to me and I wanted to incorporate that into our new brand. My services will remain the same, focused on Finance and HR appointments both on a permanent and interim capacity. I have always worked with all five core values, honesty, integrity, transparency, efficiency and unification and that will never change. My beautiful best friend Rosie, Rosie is coming up to three years old and in 2021, Rosie pulled me back from one of the darkest places I've ever been in. My health had taken a massive nose dive and I had spent 10 months out of 12 in hospital, lost my Mum and my two dogs and to top it off had lost my job and the first time in my adult life had no income. Then along came Rosie and made me fight another day and today, my health is better than its been before, I work for myself and I get to spend every day with this precious little angel. She literally is my saviour, so I dedicate this post to my beautiful little girl.
