We have now submitted the plans for a new lodge park in North Wales with the help of Cadnant Planning Ltd. We are really pleased with the final design and layout of the lodge park. This has been a fun little project this week where we had a client brief to design some new spaces off the existing dwelling. The client wanted to include an #oakframe and #crittal windows but was unsure how the extensions would work or connect. We decided to keep the connection as light as possible with a glass link, which will also maintain light into those original spaces once the extensions are built.

We are currently building a new community hub in Rossett. This was a picture taken when the #timberframe arrived on site. They are making good progress now (almost watertight). Updated pictures to come soon.

Site visit today with Longworth Hard Metals to review the #zinc roof in rhos on sea north Wales. We have put a few pictures up with where it all began. An old art deco house had been neglected over the years and then split into two apartments. It was dilapidated and no one wanted it until our client purchased it and asked us to come up with something unique for this special corner plot. With the roof finally being watertight things will start to move quickly now and we look forward to the build being finished soon.
