At The Jargon Group, we know that great content is key to capturing attention and driving engagement. 🤝 But, the chances are that your business doesn’t have an endless supply of great ‘news’ that backs up how you’d like to position yourself. That's where effective PR research can help. Done right, PR research can position your brand as an expert in your field. Done wrong, it may give the media a story but fail to create a strong platform to build your brand proposition. Different types of PR research can help your business to meet its communication goals. There are five key questions to consider when using research to ensure that your messaging is correct. In a world where content is king, PR research continues to be a powerful communication tool. To find out how you can use it to best affect your organisation, contact our award-winning team on contact@thejargongroup.com 👑 #PR #communications #message

Your business needs a purpose. Now more than ever consumers want to engage with companies that do good. A Bain & Company consumer survey revealed more than 70% of consumers are willing to pay a premium for sustainability. In 2019 and 2020, the number of companies espousing an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) mission doubled. But what really is ‘purpose’, and how do you define yours? At a basic level, purpose is what an organisation stands for, purpose differs from a mission statement. A purpose statement focusses outward, outlining what you’re doing for the wider world; your customers, community and the environment. Customers view purpose-driven as being more caring and, as a result, they are more loyal to them. The benefits of having a clear purpose are wide-ranging and far-reaching but ultimately you will see it reflected in your bottom line. A good purpose statement should use plain language that’s simple for employees, customers and stakeholders to understand. This is easier said than done and something the experts at The Jargon Group can help with. If you need some help finding your purpose, then get in touch today to see how we can help.

In today’s evolving PR industry, effective operations aren’t about rigid processes but adaptable best practices. Instead of enforcing strict procedures, we should establish evolving guidelines that empower our teams to adapt and innovate. With the rapid rise of AI and other technologies, flexible practices are essential for maintaining efficiency and agility. Let’s embrace this approach to drive our agencies forward. In the Jargon Group’s latest blog, Kevin Winfield talks about how streamlining operations isn’t about processes, but best practices. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 https://lnkd.in/e6cX8fD8
