🚨 PROMOTION ALERT 🚨 We are SO excited and proud to announce Vikesh B.'s promotion to Senior Associate! Over the last year and a half, Vikesh has grown into an accomplished, hardworking and brilliant recruiter. He has thrown himself into the world of Part-Qualified finance, and if we look at some of the feedback he's received from clients and candidates, he has very quickly become the go to person for Luxury and FMCG finance recruitment. Huge congratulations to Lizzie, who celebrated 2 years at JasperRose recently! While she is currently on maternity leave (with her beautiful baby girl), we are all so proud of everything Lizzie has accomplished during her time at JR- while managing the PQ team she's overseen 2 new starters, and then two promotions shortly after as well! Within the team she brings a wonderful energy to the business, and we certainly miss her serenading the office 🎶 Lizzie has also built an incredible network of both candidates and clients, and has received incredible feedback from both! Fun Fact of the Week 💡 Did you know that, out of every applicant for a role, just 7% come from referrals? This is super interesting, as following a recent survey the JR team conducted, we found that referrals to a role counted as 40% of all hires in a company 🤔 This shows the importance of utilising your network- your next role could come from an ex-colleague working at a company you're interested in, or even someone referring you in to a recruitment agency they work with! An announcement from the JR Team... After 9 incredible and successful years, we'd like to announce that Kristy Jasper will be stepping away from her role as Director at JasperRose. Kristy, alongside Rosie, built JasperRose from the ground up, shaping the business to what it is today and we will miss her dearly.
