    Reflecting on National Inclusion Week at JD Sports Distribution Centre ✨ Last week, we came together for National Inclusion Week to explore what inclusion means to our colleagues. We asked our colleagues to engage in small group discussions, sharing their thoughts on the question, “What do you need from your team to feel included at work?” The insights and ideas were then shared with the wider group, sparking important conversations on how we can foster a more inclusive workplace.     Celebrating a monumental achievement today – GARY WOOD Retail Development Manager, is marking an incredible 40 years with JD Sports! 🎉 From the very beginning to where we are now, Gary's dedication and hard work have been instrumental in our growth and success. His passion for retail and commitment to the team are truly inspiring. We spoke with Gary “I started when there was only 7 stores as a Senior Sales Assistant in Manchester then worked my way through the company as it grew. I’ve had so many opportunities, being in many different roles across the business over these last 40 years, where I have learn't many skills and I am very grateful for what JD has given me.     Empowering the next generation of Local Leaders 🚀 JD Sports was thrilled to be part of the Bury Full Borough Careers fair last week!   Missed it? No worries. Catch the highlights now! ⬇️ The Early Careers team, enjoyed meeting so many passionate young and ambitious individuals, sharing insights about career opportunities within JD. 📚 Career events like these provide mentoring and training opportunities for the next generation of our future leaders.    We spoke with Billy Brown, Assoc. CIPD, Senior Early Careers Co-ordinator "It was great to attend the Bury Full Borough Careers fair and speak to local students about their career aspirations and talk about the variety of careers on offer at JD.
