We are delighted to introduce Adam Barnes Adam, a business studies graduate from Liverpool John Moore's University with excellent experience from his previous role, has joined the business as Trainee Account Manager. Adam joined the team in June this year, with a role in the operations of the business, where he is both supporting customers, and gaining experience in all business procedures whilst developing his knowledge of JEI's product and services portfolio. I should mention that Adam had previously worked part time for the business during holidays whilst studying since the tender age of 16 so we are really delighted that we "got our man" and that he has chosen to develop his career with JEI and hope he will thrive and become an integral part of the team of the future. #newjob #accountsmanagement #graduate #future

I'm sharing another demo video of our amazing bevelling machine, the BM-21, in action recently. The demonstration was perfect and showed the client that this machine was the right tool for the job.  Why choose the BM-21? It's a versatile and portable machine designed for bevelling steel plates and pipes, with ease and accuracy. Some of the BM-21's key features: It creates weld prep-ready bevelled edges on steel plates and pipes without requiring additional tools. It can bevel materials at angles from 0° to 60° with a maximum bevel width of up to 21 mm. It also handles pipe outer diameters ranging from 150 mm to 300 mm and from 260 mm to 600 mm (with an optional extra guide). It contains dampers to reduce vibration during operation, which reduces operator fatigue. It's cleaner and much more efficient than the traditional grinding approach many fabricators still use today. Whether you are preparing steel for welding or other fabrication tasks, the BM-21 is a powerful, reliable choice for achieving precise bevels on steel surfaces.
