Happy International Women's day!💙 Meet Delia, Joe Cascarini's niece, outside the Cascarini café when she was approximately 6 years old. When Joe was sick in his later years, Delia moved from London with her husband, Colin Hughes, to help run the Swansea ice cream business. Delia & Colin's children and grandchildren are the current owners and directors of Joe's Ice Cream.
