The training included bespoke modules such as: ·       Positioning of the CSJT joint body. ·       Application of the foam sealing strip. ·       Showing the abrasion & flame brushing of the cable oversheaths along with the joint shell stand-off moisture sealing tape. 🏆 Jointing Tech Awards 2024 Apprentice of the Year 🏆   We are thrilled to announce that Graeme Dellow is our apprentice of the year and was presented his award by Director of Regional Sales, Jon Fisher and Regional Sales Manager, Kevin Greener.   Graeme is based in our K85 Tynemouth branch and has worked tirelessly to learn the technical aspects of his role, balancing product learning with his apprenticeship. Having always been interested in Engineering, Graeme was a perfect fit for Jointing Tech and over the course of his apprenticeship he has become an integral colleague and we are thrilled that he will be staying with us.   Our Norton Canes team were on hand today to celebrate Graeme’s achievement, taking a break from stocktaking to present this well-deserved award.   Well done Graham, all your hard work has paid off and we couldn’t be more proud of you. #apprenticeoftheyear #apprentice #celebrate #teamworkmakesthedreamwork Simon Dennis Jon Fisher Graeme Dellow Kevin Greener Andy Haycock Claire Poxton Ellis Dean Laura Neagu Ben Locke
