We're thrilled to celebrate Josh's double achievement - his promotion to Principal Consultant and his fifth Jossiversary 🎉 Josh joined us in 2019 as an associate consultant and has been flying ever since. He's a real team player and thrives on connecting with his candidates and clients to make perfect matches. In his five years with us, he's consistently challenged himself and made us all proud, becoming one of the 'go-to' people in the office for advice and guidance. Yesterday, Ben, Sivan, Nicola and Vanessa represented Joss Search at the APSCo UK awards ✨   We were honoured to be one of the three finalists for the APSCo UK 'Recruitment Company of the Year > £10 - £50 million turnover' category. It was a great opportunity to celebrate our amazing team and reflect on our achievements over the past 14 years.    The competition was tough and very close, but we ultimately lost to a fantastic agency, The Barton Partnership, led by Nicholas Barton. However, we were incredibly proud to be the only agency to receive an honourable commendation from the judges.    We have a very exciting year ahead and we look forward to participating in the UK awards again next year!    We're also very proud to be finalists for the APSCo Deutschland awards for the Staffing Company of the Year: Market Entry Award category. We're looking forward to celebrating with all the other finalists in Wiesbaden next month.    Thanks again to the incredible team at APSCo.

Charlotte turns 2 🥳 Two years ago, we welcomed the lovely Charlotte to Joss Search as a consultant on our London temp team. These past two years have flown by, packed with incredible achievements, and we were thrilled to recently celebrate her well-deserved promotion to Senior Consultant! With a background as a PA in the industry, Charlotte brought a wealth of knowledge and experience from day one. Her calm and helpful nature made an instant impact, and she's been instrumental in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Her contributions have been key to the ongoing success of our London temp team. Charlotte is also a process champion, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving. She’s introduced us to some impressive Excel formulas (which keep coming!), and we’ve come to trust her recommendations a lot. Case in point: the new lunch spot she introduced us to in Victoria is now a firm favourite among the team! We're celebrating 2 years of Bella at Joss Search ✨ Bella has been with us for two fantastic years. She's a key member of our London temp team and is extremely reliable - always first in the office (rain or shine!) and always there to offer a helping hand to the wider business. Bella has built incredibly strong relationships with our temp community and clients in London and has really pushed herself out of her comfort zone to reach new heights in her career.
