We're proud to be shining a spotlight on Bella, Alexandra and Emma today! Last Thursday, they all headed to Kensington Town Hall to volunteer as career coaches for the day at Smart Works Charity's 'Women into Work' jobs fair. Smart Works are our UK charity partners and we've been supporting them since April 2023. They exist to empower all women who need help getting into work. Using the power of high-quality clothing and one-to-one coaching, they help unemployed women fulfill their potential, get the job and transform their lives. During the day, our team and other corporate coaching partners from Smart Works welcomed over 500 women. They provided one-to-one career coaching, helping with interview preparation, offering CV support, and giving general career advice. We're thrilled to have been able to support our charity partners and contribute to empowering the women who attended, assisting Smart Works Charity in achieving their goal of supporting 10,000 women by 2025. She spent the last three years studying marketing and management at Newcastle University, where she graduated with a first-class honours in the Summer. Having previously been a temp for us in London, Karis is the perfect person to be responsible for looking after our NY temp community - building relationships, hosting socials and most importantly, championing our temps. In her free time, Karis enjoys socialising, exploring and tasting new food - all of which New York has to offer! Karis, we're excited to see what the next year has in store for you.
