  • We have seen a rise in clients providing limited job briefs to our Consultants. Imagine telling a doctor only half of the issues and expecting them to get your diagnosis right and then blaming them when it doesn't work out! In order for a Recruitment business to do a thorough job, they need details - this isn't always a full HR Job Spec but it does need to be thorough enough to allow them to narrow the search and know the audience they are going after.
