Here are some steps to try and salvage the relationship, or at the very least, learn to prevent others from following suit: 1️⃣ Stay Composed: Your initial reaction is crucial. Send an email expressing your disappointment and a desire to discuss the decision further. Keep it professional and empathetic. 2️⃣ Seek Insight: Understand why they’re leaving.
