We're working with partners across Halifax to regenerate three brownfield sites as part of a £50 million investment. Alongside Calderdale Council and West Yorkshire Combined Authority, our Yorkshire West region will deliver more than 200 homes, transforming 15 acres of land. Our East Midlands team recently opened the door to the new Blakehope showhome at our Gedling Quarter development, just five miles from Nottingham 🏠 This four-bedroom detached home features a spacious layout, including a family snug/dining room, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a rear-facing lounge with French doors opening onto the garden. Upstairs, you'll find four double bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite. The launch event was a great success, with around 26 visitors exploring the new showhome. Our team in the North East is working in partnership with Newcastle City Council to create accessible homes. We will deliver a £12 million investment into Chapel House to create 45 new energy efficient bungalows, exclusively for residents over the age of 55. Of the 45 homes, eight will be available for affordable rent through the local authority to help those in need of additional support.
