We’ve been busy preparing something to help suppliers gather NPS score feedback and reviews at this year’s EA Masters taking place this week. Who better than marketing expert Simon Leadbetter on the importance of NPS scores in their simplicity and effectiveness: "NPS is the most essential consumer metric any business can and should run. Its brilliance is its simplicity and its practicality. One simple question and immediately actionable insight. Ask the recommenders to recommend you. Address the detractors' concerns quickly and you might turn them into promoters." "As NPS's inventor Fred Reichheld said in 2011, 'In the past, the accepted maxim was that every unhappy customer told ten friends. Now an unhappy customer can tell ten thousand “friends” through the Internet.'” And talking of Simon Leadbetter and Unchained marketing, their fantastic survey of the property industry for 2025 has begun.
