Building success together: Bringing fresh energy to 70 Mark Lane We're thrilled to share how we've transformed the retail experience at 70 Mark Lane, achieving 100% occupancy through three strategic lettings in Q4 2024. Standing in our occupiers' shoes, we recognised that post-Covid working patterns demanded a fresh approach to the building's retail offering. By carefully curating the right mix of amenities, we've created a destination that serves both our tenants and the wider community. We're delighted to welcome: * Quill Wine House - bringing sophisticated wine and dining * Pick Your Own - offering fresh, personalised meal options * Sandwich Sandwich - delivering artisanal lunch choices These exciting additions join our existing tenant Honi Poke to complete a diverse, high-quality food and beverage offering that enhances the workspace experience for everyone at 70 Mark Lane. This success exemplifies our collaborative approach, delivered through excellent teamwork with Freddie Steel and C&W leasing team, supported by Ashurst. Here's to building performance together in 2025! By: David Johnson MRICS & Gus Halfyard #BuildingTogether #CommercialRealEstate #London #RetailProperty #KFIM

Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM) is delighted to announce that working with our client, Local Pensions Partnership Investments, our local investment strategy for Lancashire County Pension Fund (LCPF) has been recognised by MSCI Inc. as the top-performing Segregated Pension Fund within the Capital Value under or equal to £700m category. The award acknowledges the LCPF County Portfolio for achieving the highest 3-year total return annualized over 3 years relative to the MSCI quarterly index. We set up this portfolio from a cash allocation made in 2015 as part of LCPF’s wider property investment strategy and have made 14 investments by funding developments and acquiring income-producing assets across the industrial, retail, student accommodation and primary healthcare sectors. The financial returns accompany the positive social and economic benefits that the portfolio provides to locally-based businesses, students and public sector organisations who occupy 70% of the portfolio by rental income. Harry Kevill, Senior Investment Manager said, "We are delighted to win this award and we are eager to maintain the strong performance for one of our longest standing clients." John Styles, CIO said. “This is a great example of how real estate investment strategies can be used to support a more even distribution of economic activity across the UK whilst providing attractive financial investment returns.” https://lnkd.in/dkuC8p_b

Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM) reposted this
🌟 From Concept to Reality: Sharing the results 🌟 I’m thrilled to share a story of energy, carbon and cost reduction. Six months ago, Annie Marston and I embarked on a journey to optimise building energy performance. Now, I’m honoured to present the insights and results at the 2nd Annual UK Real Estate ESG and Data Management Conference in London on May 31st. In my session, I’ll delve into: 🔍 How re:sustain harnessed advanced BMS analytics to uncover hidden inefficiencies, dramatically reducing energy consumption and carbon footprint. 🔄 The journey for Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM) from energy reduction theory to practical, verified savings using comprehensive building data. ❌ Challenging the widespread belief that significant CAPEX or behaviour change is always necessary for achieving energy reductions in existing properties. As a token to my network, here is an exclusive 50% discount for the conference. Use promo code EV@50 on the website to join. https://lnkd.in/eYtrEGtu #RealEstate #ESG #EnergyReduction #CarbonReduction #Sustainability #CaseStudy #KFIM

We’re delighted to have acquired Assembly in Hammersmith on behalf of Saray Capital at a very attractive price – a strategic purchase with exciting asset management opportunities. This modern campus benefits from excellent connectivity and provides unrivalled on-site amenities and excellent #ESG credentials, which are increasingly crucial for attracting and retaining occupiers. We believe it is a good time to invest in best-in-class office buildings and look forward to acquiring further properties with a similar profile. #LondonOffices #RealEstate #Investment #PrivateInvestor #LondonOffices

KFIM is excited to mark Earth Day 2024 by reaffirming our commitment to environmental stewardship. This year's theme, "Planet vs Plastic," underscores the critical need to tackle the global plastic crisis. At KFIM, we take pride in our ongoing initiatives to combat plastic pollution, achieving a new milestone with a reported 72% recycling rate in 2023. Moreover, we actively advocate for our tenants to implement recycling programs, reduce waste production, and embrace the principles of the Circular Economy. Annually, we disclose our assets' zero waste performance on the #GRESB benchmark, striving for continuous improvement year after year. Together, we're making strides towards a cleaner, more sustainable future. #EarthDay2024 #PlanetVsPlastic #CircularEconomy #MakeEveryDayEarthDay
