This vital support to 400 kids, made possible through @khalsaaidusa, ensures that these children have access to nutritious food, offering them not just sustenance but also hope for a better future. The Mashuuru (Kajiado) community water borehole has been solarised and rehabilitated, with water piping extended 3.5 km to Olmanie School in #Kenya. This vital project, completed within a month, was a partnership between the Mayor of #Brampton, Canada, Mr. Patrick Brown (on behalf of the Sikhs of Brampton), Khalsa Aid International (UK), and Baba Isher Singhji Community Centre, Nairobi. This project addresses a critical water shortage, benefitting over 600 people, 100 households, and thousands of livestock in the region. Water troughs for animals were also connected, supporting the local livestock-based economy. It is part of #KhalsaAid International's ongoing #Water4Africa initiative, which has completed over 150 water projects across Africa, including Kenya.

In #Botswana, Jivan and Giacomo from #KhalsaAid successfully delivered 15 wheelchairs to villagers with disabilities at Nata Clinic. This direct aid project was made possible through our collaboration with the Botswana Rotary Club and Francistown Academic Hospital.
