Women in STEM! 👷♀️ Meet Megan, a graduate signalling engineer, who tells us what it feels like to work in a STEM role, and how great it's been to see more women coming into the industry! 🚧 Megan works in our Transportation business stream, and her role focuses on making improvements to the railway network, and bringing in new technology to do this. 🚅 "I'd say working in STEM is really rewarding.
