Let's talk about creating effective blended learning... When we consider successful blended learning experiences it's really about ensuring you create the right mix of experiences. And, that the whole experience is both welcoming and inclusive for the learner In our recent webinar titled 'How can you demonstrate L&D value to your C-suite?', Cammy Bean (our Solutions Consultant) discussed the importance of welcoming and engaging in-person experiences. Cammy thoughtfully asks: 'How are we going to use digital in smart ways to maximise people’s time and ensure that when they are together they are getting the most out of being together and we can create these blends that are truly effective?' Our latest guide 'Securing C-suite buy-in: effective approaches for L&D' helps you navigate the tricky senior management conversations about blended learning and L&D in general. You’ll often hear me say that skills change lives and today we have launched our latest Impact Report showing just that. Launched today at our Autumn Council this report really does reinforce the crucial impact of skills on the lives of learners, organisations and wider society. The impact report is packed with lots of data, and the results are exciting! Some of the key stats you’ll find this year include: - Skills Bootcamps continue to play a crucial role in driving industry-ready skills, with 93% of learners undertaking a bootcamp in the rail industry last year now in employment. - Our work with prisons has seen 81% of former prisoners land jobs, helping to tackle workforce shortages and reduce reoffending rates. - Our courses contributing £15.3bn to UK society. - £260k of our funding towards displaced people (refugees and asylum seekers) has contributed £2.6m in social and economic value, which is over £11 for every £1 we’ve spent.   Please do take the time to read this year’s Impact Report and celebrate the impact of skills: https://lnkd.in/e67uTcxC #CityAndGuilds #ImpactReport #SkillsChangeLives
