✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT!✨ Life Without Barriers (LWB) is an Australian organisation striving to contribute to a world where each person can live a life free of barriers that prevent them from realising their rights and opportunities. LWB needed help inducting their children, young people, and family staff. The challenge was to create consistent messaging and uptake of digital learning as part of their big induction program overhaul. Our solution was creating a bespoke course built with a LWB ‘hearts and minds’ approach; to be inclusive, caring and aligned with the organisational values – as mandatory training for all new staff. 🔸Learning was designed with mobile learning in mind 🔸Microlearning was a priority (20 mins max) 🔸Super engaging, concise and straightforward learning content 🔸Consistent use of 'organisational language' for familiarity As a result, the professional elearning product had a wow factor, demonstrated a commitment to staff and impacted building a positive culture.
