Paddy is currently Head of Operational Capital Markets at Colliers, with close to 20 years’ experience in real estate and a specialist knowledge of PBSA including the wider living sector. His leadership will cement our unique position as the leading student housing debt provider. Since Kinetic’s launch in 2020, Stephen Grant has successfully led the business, deploying debt financing to student housing investments across the United Kingdom and Europe. Paddy will be joining the business over the coming months and will be focused on building on Kinetic’s success and leading the expanding team to the next stage of significant growth. Steve will continue to work closely with Kinetic as he transitions to his new role as Chief Corporate Development Officer at our parent company, The Dot Group.
