Hidden inefficiencies could be costing you money and silently impacting your bottom line. 💰 We recently worked with a customer based in Northern Ireland who manufactures aerospace parts for BAE. They relied on 5-6 manually loaded Hermle machines and were confident in their OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), estimating it to be in the high 70s; consequently, they were hesitant to invest in any kind of automated processes. However, after a thorough assessment by our expert, Dan, a harsh reality was unveiled: only 30% of their production was profitable. Of course, this needed to be rectified. Through open and honest conversations, we helped them understand the root causes of this inefficiency and demonstrated how automation could significantly boost their productivity.
