    The life of an Olympic athlete is 99% practice and 1% delivery. Yet even that doesn’t guarantee success. 🏅 Team GB’s 1500m silver medallist Josh Kerr said after his race, “I’ll win it next time.” And he might. As golf legend Gary Player famously quipped, “The more I practise, the luckier I get.” Sometimes, though, as so many of this year’s Olympic athletes who’ve spent the last four years (or longer) preparing for the 2024 Games realised, practice does not always make perfect. It does, however, make you better than you were before. That’s why so much of the success of any kind of business training relies on how much you practise (and apply) the skills you learned. 📈 It takes around 12 weeks to embed habits, so committing to additional learning after your initial training is very important. We always encourage our clients to schedule 3 cycles of business growth workshops and implement individual mentoring to ensure the learning is entrenched.
