At Europe Snacks UK September was Digital Detox Month. A digital detox can improve your physical and mental health, increase your attention span, develop your problem-solving skills, and even boost your creativity. My favourite way to have a break from screen time with my family is to play board games. So, this week I taught my work colleagues at our Stevenage and Park Royal sites, how to play some of our family favourites over lunch. We had a lot of laughs and it was great to spend time together in this way.
