Hyrox Doubles completed with Kyle Fielding repping Kori Construction Limited 💪🏼 A little disappointed we didn’t break the sub 1:10:00 mark as planned but on reflection happy with the result given training always comes after a very demanding business / family life and we’ve done little Hyrox specific training. For me, you can draw two very distinct parallels between fitness and business… 1) It’s a marathon not a sprint. Keep turning up and the results will come. 2) Most of the time you’re thinking, why the f#!k am I doing this to myself. Getting physically fit is the single biggest thing I’ve done to improve my performance at work and overall wellbeing. If you haven’t given it a go yet, maybe you should! Shoutout to Ella Russell at Champion Workwear for the awesome shorts 👌🏼
