    Steve Morton, our Sales Director, is celebrating a whopping 25 years in the print & mail industry this month. We grabbed 5 minutes with him to reflect on those years and find out why he still thinks mail holds an important marketing role. Tell us about your 25-year marriage to the data, print, and direct marketing industry! I began my journey as Sales Manager at Magazine Mailing, followed by key roles at Macdonald Mailing and Orbital Marketing, where I served as Client Services Manager, Business Development Manager and later Head of Business Development. What changes have you seen during that time? When I secured my first-ever order—a direct mail campaign for ITV—I never imagined the scale of transformation that lay ahead. From the rise of digital marketing to the shift in data-driven strategies, the landscape has changed dramatically. Yet, despite all the change, one thing has remained constant: the power of direct mail. What is it about print & mail that holds your attention? Direct mail has definitely evolved, but its ability to engage customers, build relationships, and deliver measurable results remains as strong as ever.
