🎂 Krystal turns 22 years old today! 🎁 We have a new CEO in the incredible David Kimberley ⛔ We haven't sold to the competition! And won't. Ever. After 22 years I've decided to step down from day-to-day operations to make way for rising talent. I'm supremely fortunate to have had the privilege to work alongside someone as capable, ethical and trustworthy as Dave these last 7 years and we've become good friends as well as colleagues. I'm genuinely delighted to hand over the reins to him and know that he's the perfect choice to take Krystal to the next level. I'll be staying on as a Director, and remain the primary shareholder with 94% of the company, the remaining 6% is still owned by the Blackler family.
