You can outsource this aspect of your business, and leave your clients in my capable hands so that you can concentrate on what's important to you. I can work between 2 & 5 hours per week. I research your business sector to immerse myself in your trade and build a relationship with you as a business owner so that I become part of your team, a colleague, and an account handler, I am your client relationship manager. I use my interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with your customers and create strong client relationships. I'm polite, and friendly and I love the small talk that makes people feel at ease, through conversation, I can find out an awful lot about people, their needs, challenges, and problem areas that we can help them with. I can also follow this up with an e-mail to represent your business and input data into your CRM system.

  • 🤖 AI Bots as a stand-in for customer service… It is an ever-growing trend in the market place and can certainly deliver services to a point but are we losing touch with our clients or helping them. I feel that on a query basis, it can be effective to get basic questions answered but if someone has a genuine issue that needs resolving, AI can only go so far before that human connection is needed. 👥 I would say that it’s a way of sorting through the small stuff, however when wanting to build a long-lasting relationship with your clients, it won’t stand.
