🤖 AI Bots as a stand-in for customer service… It is an ever-growing trend in the market place and can certainly deliver services to a point but are we losing touch with our clients or helping them. I feel that on a query basis, it can be effective to get basic questions answered but if someone has a genuine issue that needs resolving, AI can only go so far before that human connection is needed. 👥 I would say that it’s a way of sorting through the small stuff, however when wanting to build a long-lasting relationship with your clients, it won’t stand.
