I want to single out one particular outfit, team, and set of legends for their continued referrals, their collaborative work and ultimately, for delivering the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙌 Kuboid 👈👌 I have just finished another call from a startup #SelfStorage business owner, he had heard of us because Martin Fletcher, Simone Smith, Chris Fletcher and the Kuboid team had mentioned us as the right fit for his #RemoteMonitoring needs 🙏 *The video isn't of this customers' facility, Plus Space is the one in the video, a facility owned by Karolis Stašinskas and it's a live, open, occupied, functioning facility, entirely unmanned with PTI Security Systems Europe digital locks and Ace Fire and Security installed intruder and fire alarm, we remotely monitor the CCTV, Fire, Intruder, Access and make use of Speakers for tannoy announcements as well as control alarm response, keyholder contact and police escalation if required. The full works there for such a compact and niche site! Back to the praise for Kuboid, It's not only the referral, it's the way it's done. The customer is now best informed, he is weighing up all options regarding physical security, systems, processes and has plenty of ideas for multiple sites in central London. He said on the phone that he would not be as passionate or motivated about the venture had he not met the Kuboid team, especially since visiting them at their HQ in Kettering 😊 Our job at DSOC is so much easier when the people referring us are motivated by providing best advice, practice and service. Price does, of course, come into it but it's so refreshing when you're not handling a race to the bottom opportunity, one where the end result matters more 🤜🤛 #TailoredTrustedTogether *We have similar relationships with LOADS of suppliers, customers and project partners.
