For the 2025 edition of #MIPIMChallengers, we are proud to be represented by our new patron, Adina David. Adina's values perfectly align with our vision for #MIPIM Challengers - creating a broad, inclusive network that links together people from across the globe to make a more connected #RealEstate sector. Adina is the founder of Ladies in Real Estate (LiRE), a network originally created to bring together the women attending MIPIM. She has held roles at major international real estate firms across the globe, including the UK, New York, and Paris. This collective experience from across the industry gives Adina significant insight which can be passed onto our next cohort of Challengers. This year, anyone aged under 31 who wants to apply to become a MIPIM Challenger simply needs to write a 600 word essay reflecting on their own experience in the #BuiltEnvironment - be it as an agent, investor, developer or designer - and present an idea which is being overlooked. Rubino Wilson is Back at LABS! We’re pleased to announce that Daniela and Lauren (Rubino Wilson) will be returning to LABS to host more workshops for our members. Known for their hands-on approach to design, their workshops are a great chance to learn new skills in a relaxed setting. Upcoming sessions include a Watercolouring Workshop, where you can experiment with techniques and create a beautiful piece inspired by nature. They'll also be hosting a Pewter Casting Workshop, teaching a traditional metal moulding technique to craft unique pieces. LABS members can book for free using the LABS app.
