New project: Grade I Listed London Townhouse. We are so thrilled to finally reveal our newest project, a spectacular, historic Georgian townhouse, which underwent a full renovation to restore it back to its former glory and bring it into the contemporary. This project involved the restoration of many beautiful period features, including some original Robert Adam Georgian fireplaces, detailed plasterwork, decorative cornices and solid wood doors, which were all meticulously restored back to their original beauty and incorporated into the final design. This formal reception room truly left us in awe on our first site visit. Grand windows flood the space with natural light, and the four metre high ceilings create such a sense of scale and grandeur that the design had to follow suit. Taking these dramatic proportions into consideration, our aim was to make this vast space feel full and cosy, yet still with the sense of opulence it naturally demands. We centred the seating zone around the central fireplace- the room’s key architectural feature- flanked by two symmetrical bespoke display cabinets. As our clients didn’t want this room to feel too formal or stiff, we introduced a combination of classic shapes as well as some unexpected contemporary pieces, honouring the home’s original character, while transforming it into a functional space for modern family living.

Project: Chelsea Townhouse. We recently completed the full interior architecture and FF&E design of a substantial 5 bedroom family home in Chelsea, London. Spread across 5 floors, on its lower-level sat a subterranean basement, which we designed to become a multi-functional, family entertainment space. Including a cinema, bar, golf simulation room and mezzanine level games space. The house was built in the Arts and Craft style and had been modernised over the years, yet still retained much of its original character in the external envelop. To create an authentic, timeless and traditional home, the interior rational took influence from the architectural language of the property and its grand proportions. The ethos of this design was to craft a suitably quintessentially ‘British’ home. By taking cues from eras of historical relevance, this home emulates a truly ‘modern heritage’ feel, with exquisite attention to detail. Project: Mayfair Apartment We designed the full interior and architectural design of a four bedroom apartment in one of London’s finest historically significant residences. The overarching design style explored a mixture of classic and contemporary elements. The home was to be used for entertaining and hosting, so the focus was on conversation-starting pieces, interesting and unique features, and bespoke architectural elements. Project: Swiss Lakehouse. We completed the full design and space planning of a 4,300 sq ft contemporary lakehouse surrounded by beautiful mountains in a town in Switzerland. Working closely with a local architect, we designed every interior architectural detail of this striking new build, complete with bespoke furnishing and styling throughout.
