Samantha Rhodes has been diligently working towards her Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship with Learning Curve Group since May last year and is now approaching her End Point Assessment. Throughout this 14-month program, Samantha has enhanced her skills in: ➡️ Planning, Organisation, and Decision Making: Mastering agendas, minute-taking, decision-making processes, and coordinating events and meetings, including logistics. ➡️ Project Management: Understanding project lifecycles and effectively managing risks and changes. ➡️ Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to drive organisational success. Samantha's dedication reflects our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, aligning with our vision to be the engineering company where everyone wants to work and from whom everyone wants to buy. Last week, City & Guilds published their 2025 Neurodiversity Index Report and while there has been major progress in some areas of the workplace, it's evident that there are still improvements to be made in regards to employers increasing support for their neurodiverse employees 🧠

🏆 Celebrating Apprentice Success at Housing 21! A huge congratulations to Kathy Speed, who has been named Housing 21, Housing and Property Apprentice of the Year 2025. Kathy was nominated by her Vocational Skills Coach at Learning Curve Group, Rebecca Kelly, who shared some incredible feedback: “Kathy really deserves special recognition for all her hard work, brilliant achievement, and progression - including her personal growth, development, and building her confidence at work.” Her manager, Samantha Waldock, recently presented her with this well-earned award, recognising her dedication and achievements. Samantha goes on to say ‘This year’s awards saw an exceptionally high standard of nominations, making Kathy’s recognition even more impressive. Well done!
