🌍 World Mental Health Day 2024 🌍 Today, we focus on an important theme: Mental Health at Work. Here are some facts you may not have been aware of: - 15% of UK workers are estimated to have an existing mental health condition - 875,000 UK workers suffering from work-related stress, depression and anxiety in 2022/23 - The 5th most common reason for sickness absence during 2022 in the UK was mental health. Our workplaces play a crucial role in shaping our mental well-being. Whether it’s workload, support systems, or even the physical environment, what happens at work directly impacts our mental health. And in return, our mental well-being affects our productivity, relationships, and job satisfaction.
