    💡Struggling to make sense of your lease for your new property purchase? ✍️Let me break it down for you. Start by checking these key sections: lease length, ground rent, service charge, and your responsibilities. 🤓Reading and understanding your lease is crucial as a consumer, understanding these elements will save you future distress and financial burdens. 🫶🏽I have used easy to understand lease samples to help you to understand, however, lease wordings are usually written in King James English and were written in the 1980's, so they can be very difficult to understand! 🎯The great news is that you don't have to pay a solicitor hundreds of pounds to review your lease for you, because we offer a lease review service at a reasonable rate, if we need to refer you to a solicitor for legal areas, then we can do that for you.     🙌🏽🙌🏽 Here's how we helped our client to achieve a £362,000 reduction in service charges, by providing her with just a few weeks of advice and expertise!
