About us

Over the last 20 years, we have developed close relationships with many of the construction companies in the construction marketplace and built up a comprehensive candidate database. Because of the size of the market, this means we know a lot of the people working within it. Even more important is our detailed knowledge of construction itself and how best to develop different career paths. We thoroughly understand the unique nature of this market and what it takes to succeed within it. As a qualified Quantity Surveyor who has worked on assignments around the world, Scott Lechley has not only recruited but have been recruited by some of the companies that he is now working for. This we believe gives us an added insight as to what is required by the candidate and client alike. We regard our day to day service as special in comparison to some of the larger players in the construction recruitment sector. It is not a surprise to us if we secure a candidate an interview with the only client we have sent them to. This is how we like to work. The service we can offer to employers is inextricably linked in with the professional relationships we develop with the candidates we are in touch with. The effort we go to in order to add value to the process of recruiting people for a client is clear from the detailed advice, support and interview preparation we provide to the candidates that you meet. If you would like to talk to us about any of the opportunities we have available at the moment please give us a call on +44 7973460391 or email Scott Lechley - scott@lechley.com
